Terms & Conditions for the Purchase of the VIP Pass at UltraLuxe
Voucher Use:
The SGD$500 voucher provided with the VIP pass purchase. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits. Terms and conditions apply for each participating brand.
Advance Booking for Invitation-Only Sessions:
Access to invitation-only sessions requires advance booking. Eligibility to book these sessions is contingent upon successful payment and approval of the VIP pass purchase. Booking availability is subject to session capacity and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
VIP Pass Purchase:
The purchase of the VIP pass is subject to availability and may be limited in quantity. The pass purchase is deemed final and non-refundable, except under circumstances where the event is canceled or significantly altered by the organizers.
Event Participation:
The VIP pass holder agrees to comply with all event rules and regulations, including but not limited to dress codes, conduct standards, and age restrictions. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or revoke the pass without refund if the holder fails to adhere to these guidelines.
Liability Waiver:
Pass holders agree to attend the event at their own risk. The organizers, UltraLuxe, and its affiliates will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft that occurs during the event, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy Policy:
Personal information collected during the VIP pass purchase process will be used in accordance with UltraLuxe’s privacy policy. This may include the use of your information for communication purposes related to the event and future promotions.
Changes to the Event:
UltraLuxe reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, and featured guests or activities. In the event of significant changes or cancellation, UltraLuxe will communicate options available to pass holders, which may include refunds or alternative arrangements subject to specific conditions.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
